The most common questions from our customers
Booking conditions and New Year's Eve
You can enjoy your table for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We guarantee that your table will be kept for 15 minutes as a courtesy. If you arrive late, your table will be available at the restaurant and will be relocated whenever there is availability.
The GatoPardo restaurant is a space primarily intended for events. However, for the New Year's Eve Dinner will take place in this area of the restaurant.
For any questions or modifications regarding your reservation, you can contact the restaurant directly 93 609 95 10 Monday to Sunday from 13:00 h to 16:00 h and from 20:00 to 23:00 h.
If there is no availability on the web, you can make a request on our “waiting list”, and if we have availability we will contact you.
Cancellation policies
When making a reservation for more than 8 people, we will request the details of a credit card, as a guarantee.
The reservation process does NOT incur any charge on your card.
You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge, up to 24 hours before the reservation. If you don't attend or cancel the same day, 25€ per person will be charged.
Reservations for groups
For groups of more than 14 people, you can send us an email to eventos@somosesencia.es or contact us Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., by phone at 937 68 74 82.
