How can I book with my gift voucher?
The reservation is subject to availability and must be made through our website by entering the gift voucher code or by contacting us at reservas@barbauma.es or in the 932 07 54 31.
What do I need to present on the day of booking?
Upon arrival at the restaurant, it will be necessary to present the gift voucher, either in digital or printed format.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge until 24 hours before of the reserved date.
What happens if I cancel the same day or don't attend the reservation?
In case of same-day cancellation or no-show, a fee of 25€ per person.
Where can I use my gift card?
The gift voucher can only be redeemed at the restaurant for which it was purchased.
Do I have to consume the full amount of the voucher?
Yes, the amount of the voucher must be consumed in its entirety on the same day of the reserve. It is not possible to leave an outstanding balance.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
The gift voucher is valid for A year from the date of purchase.
Can I request a refund of the voucher?
No, the amount of the gift voucher not refundable.
What happens if consumption exceeds the amount of the voucher?
If the final amount is higher than the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid at the end of lunch or dinner.
Is there a limit on the purchase of gift cards?
No, there is no limit to the number of gift vouchers that can be purchased.
