One of the most curious features of Barraca is the fish service on demand. 24 hours in advance, diners can call the restaurant to order a fish from the market and have the chef cook it the way they want: baked, fried, grilled, boiled... A very common service in the time of our grandparents that is now almost impossible to find in Barcelona.
